Responsibilities

• Ensure the proper functioning of all new features, checking for faults, logical consistency, and intelligibility of our products.
• Perform final release tests for new versions of think-cell.
• Maintain, develop, and enhance automatic test routines.
• Test new hardware, including tablets, PCs, docking stations, and smartphones.
• Provide detailed and reliable reproduction of software errors to facilitate problem resolution.
• Document errors and related information in our internal system.
• Verify the resolution of errors after developers have addressed them.
• Contribute to our internal Knowledge Base to capture the evolving functionality of our product.
• Structure your work independently with a high level of self-motivation.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English; German is a plus.
• Strong written communication skills.
• Some experience with Microsoft Office, particularly with PowerPoint and Excel, is a plus.
• All fields of study welcome.

As part of our technical support team, the testing department ensures that new features are usable and intuitive for all user groups, from new users to seasoned financial professionals.

As think-cell is seamlessly integrated into Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, we pay close attention to think-cell's compatibility with supported Microsoft Office products, Microsoft operating systems, and their respective updates. The testing department reviews these updates, installs, and tests them in detail. As a software tester at think-cell, you will help improve products that over 1,000,000 professionals rely on worldwide.
