As we continue our rapid expansion across Central Europe, we are looking for a creatively oriented Strategic Account Executive to join our team in Germany. This role aims to maximize the phenomenal market opportunity within the automotive sector for Databricks. Reporting to our Senior Director of Enterprise Sales, you will focus on building relationships and closing new business opportunities with one of Germany's largest automotive companies. You should bring an informed perspective on Big Data, Advanced Analytics, and AI to guide your strategy and provide genuine value to this highly strategic client.
The impact you will have :
- Assess your key account and develop strategies to meet and exceed revenue and consumption goals.
- Implement strategies to surpass revenue and consumption targets.
- Build positive relationships with key decision-makers, including C-level executives, establishing yourself as a trusted advisor on Data & AI topics.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop expand/consume use cases within your key account.
- Coordinate with internal teams to maximize your ecosystem's impact.
- Showcase exceptional value in all engagements to facilitate successful negotiations and closures.
What we look for :
- A successful track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and KPIs.
- Experience managing large enterprise automotive clients in Germany.
- Proven ability to sell complex software deals.
- Understanding of consumption-based land and expand sales models.
- Evidence of creating demand that delivers substantial business value.
- Experience following robust sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Value Selling, and accurate forecasting.
- Ability to build effective champions and collaborative teams supporting your territory plan.
- Experience developing and managing partner strategies successfully.
- Understanding how to identify key use cases and buying centers to increase Databricks' impact within organizations.
- Fluent in English and German.
