Qualifications

• Completed IT-related training or comparable qualification
• Experience in 1st and 2nd level field support and carve-out situations
• Proficiency in Microsoft products, SCCM, and client hardware
• Knowledge of networks, DHCP, DNS, and firewalls
• Customer-oriented approach and high social competence
• Fluent German (C1 level)
