Location: Remote (90%) / Workshop days in Düsseldorf once per month

Job Description

At the moment we are merging our SAP CRM in the SAP S4 System. Subsequently, other CRM systems (e.g., AS400) will be transferred to the S4 system as well.

• Responsible for designing modern CRM solutions (e.g., SAP CRM, S/4 HANA CM, Zendesk, SAP Sales Cloud etc.)
• Shaping and evolving the system landscape around CRM platforms
• Defining and integrating with surrounding systems (e.g., ERP, marketing automation, e-commerce, customer data platforms)
• Designing interfaces in collaboration with Integration Solution architect (REST, SOAP, event-driven architectures, middleware)
• Ensuring alignment with overall IT strategy and target architecture
• Close collaboration with product owners, developers, business stakeholders, and external partners
• Creating technical architecture and integration concepts, including evaluation of solution options
• Considering non-functional requirements (security, scalability, performance)
• Supporting technology decisions, tool selection, and vendor management
• Advising on CRM architecture and integration best practices
  
  

The Successful Applicant

• Several years of hands-on experience in enterprise architecture or solution architecture in CRM environments
• Proven track record in system integration across complex IT landscapes
• Proven experience in B2C environments with large customer bases and high-volume interactions
• Familiarity with pre-sales processes, Customer Service and related CRM functionalities
• Familiarity with both cloud-based and on-premise CRM platforms, ideally SAP CRM and/or S/4 HANA CM
• Experience working in agile teams and cross-functional, international project environments
• Excellent communication skills - able to explain complex technical topics clearly and appropriately for different audiences and stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to bridge gaps
