Business Development Representative | Full Time (m/w/d)

CONROO is an early-stage startup focused on enabling efficient logistics through innovative technology. We are seeking a talented Business Development Representative to drive company growth through strategic client acquisition and relationship-building.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute scalable sales strategies aligned with company values and mission.
  • Identify target clients, create sales pipelines, and close deals using cold calling, emails, networking, and industry events.
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and conduct product demonstrations.
  • Collaborate with product development to ensure client needs are met.
  • Train and mentor new sales team members as the team expands.

Requirements

  • Fluent German language skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS.
  • Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot.
  • Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team, with a results-driven mindset.
  • Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
