Job Description:

We’re looking for a Process and Project Management Consultant whose primary focus will be to support and initiate the implementation of analyses of existing business processes. The goal is to identify weaknesses, potential improvements, and contribute to the development of best practices and innovative solutions in process management.

Responsibilities:

• Implement strategies for process optimization, considering industry standards and best practices;
• Support advising managers and teams on implementing new processes and technologies;
• Conduct training and workshops to promote process optimization and change acceptance;
• Establish process performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies based on results;
• Develop guidelines and procedures to standardize processes;
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure process improvements align with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus;
• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in process management;
• Experience in consulting is advantageous;
• Fluency in English and German;
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and Lean Management.
