Founded in 2020, IFE develops grant applications for European funding bodies like Horizon Europe, Digital Europe, LIFE, and CEF. We collaborate with leading companies, cities, research institutions, and NGOs to identify funding opportunities, build consortiums, write grant applications for projects worth €2.5 – €40m+, and manage project kick-offs. Your Role:

1. Support the senior team in identifying and onboarding new customers across Europe.
2. Assist the grant writing team in engaging with organizations to add value to upcoming projects.
3. Engage with existing clients to understand their capabilities and aspirations.
4. Foster relationships with partner organizations and encourage referrals.
5. Maintain and update IFE’s CRM system.

Your Qualifications:

1. Baccalaureate or equivalent; degree or diploma preferred.
2. At least 2 years of experience in sales support, administration, marketing, or account management.
3. Experience managing multi-partner, cross-country projects and approaching potential clients.
4. Interest in Smart City, Climate Neutral, Digital topics, and innovative technologies.
5. Excellent communication and writing skills in English; other languages are assets.
6. Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently in a multicultural environment.
7. Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, Teams, and familiarity with CRM software like MS Dynamics.

Our Offer:

• Annual salary of €36,000 – €48,000 (depending on experience).
