Quality Technician (m/f/d)

Your responsibilities

• Independent handling of customer complaints and 8D reports
• Documentation and provision of key figures
• Moderation of quality circles
• Monitoring and initiation of corrective and preventive measures
  
  

Your profile

• Completed training and further education as a state-certified technician or master craftsman
• Several years of professional experience in quality management
• Good German and English skills (GER B2)
• Good MS Office skills and knowledge of ERP systems (Navision is an advantage)
• Experience in quality methods such as 8D, 5W, or Ishikawa is an advantage
• A structured and goal-oriented working style, assertiveness, flexibility, and good communication skills complete your profile
