Junior Process / Project Manager (m-f-x)

Responsibilities

• Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
• You carefully document introduced processes using BPMN 2.0 and Lucid, ensuring clarity and accessibility.
• Sharing your expertise, you will conduct training sessions for employees, aiding in their understanding and adoption of new processes.
• Additionally, you will collaborate with our Data and Business Analytics Team to implement new monitoring options, enhancing the effectiveness of our operations.
• You will play a vital role in continuously improving our ISMS (Information Security Management System) to secure our annual ISO27001 certification audit and ensure our operational compliance, including Risk Management, Business Continuity, and Policies.
• Collaborating with the Business Operations team, you will work towards obtaining further certifications to strengthen our company's security and competitiveness, such as ISO9001, NIS 2, C5, ISO27017 etc.

• Fluent German and English (written and spoken)

• You enjoy the challenge of improving processes to make work easier for everyone, using tools that automate tasks.
• You have experience in analysing and enhancing processes in previous roles.
• You have a talent for explaining complex ideas in simple terms.
• While you are not an IT expert, you enjoy working with it and dive a bit deeper.
• Working with tools like Atlassian products and BPMN 2.0 is something you enjoy.
• Ensuring quality and documenting processes are tasks you have handled before.
• Collaboration comes naturally to you, and you thrive in team environments.
• While you are comfortable working independently, you also appreciate structured teamwork.
• You are someone who communicates well and can confidently lead meetings on your own.
