Position Overview

For our Transformation division, we are seeking a Manager CFO Strategy & Operating Model Design (w/m/d) to start at the earliest convenience.

What You Will Do

• Strategy Development: As a Manager with a focus on CFO strategy, you will be the primary contact for the CFO. You will develop target images and operating models for the finance function, analyzing how new business models and technologies influence these areas. You will also formulate adaptation strategies to meet new requirements effectively.
• Future Vision: Collaborate with clients to develop tailored optimization measures and a customized 'Digital Roadmap', supporting them in implementation.
• Variety of Projects: Engage in diverse projects with a broad client portfolio, offering excellent development opportunities in both domestic and international settings.
• Responsibility: Work within motivated teams, taking responsibility for sub-projects or entire projects depending on your experience and qualifications.

Candidate Profile

• Extensive experience in consulting, industry, or auditing within the finance sector.
• Proven leadership in managing projects and small teams; sales or acquisition experience is a plus.
• Comfortable working in interdisciplinary teams and hybrid setups involving remote work and travel.
• Degree in Economics, Business Informatics, Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with excellent academic results.
• Fluent in German and English, with strong communication and presentation skills.
