Within the Traka division (Key and Asset Management) of the EMEIA Region, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Support Graduate. Traka provides intelligent management solutions for keys and equipment. Our key cabinets and locker systems help all types of organizations better control their critical assets, improve productivity, increase accountability, and reduce risk.

Our Graduate Program
As a Graduate at ASSA ABLOY, you will join our 18-month EMEIA Graduate Program – a comprehensive development journey to build your expertise. The program includes a fully funded three-month international secondment to another ASSA ABLOY market region. You will also receive mentorship and take part in tailored development activities. As part of your 18-months graduate journey with ASSA ABLOY, you will participate in 3 months international secondment in countries such as USA, Nordics, UK.

Your Role
Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will support our sales and professional services teams through project management, administrative tasks, and customer support. You will collaborate across multiple teams to coordinate activities and ensure that systems are installed, customers are trained, and projects are successfully delivered. In this role, no day will be the same. You will receive exposure to many different areas of the business from sales to administration, project management and support, which will allow you to decide on how you would like to shape your future. The purpose of the graduate scheme is to give you a flavor on how a large cooperation works and allow you to find an area you have deep interest in and want to progress into.
