Activities

In this challenging role, you will lead a team of several Large Project Leaders and manage the implementation of large projects (CAPEX > 5M$) at our refinery site. You will establish the project organization, develop HSE, quality, and risk management plans, and ensure adherence to TotalEnergies' safety culture and project governance throughout the project lifecycle. You will prepare and present documents for project phase approvals, coordinate tendering processes, manage contracts, and ensure safety, cost, schedule, and quality objectives are met.

You will report to the Large Projects Manager.

Candidate Profile

You hold a university degree in mechanical engineering, plant engineering, or a related field, with at least 10 years of successful experience in industrial project management and plant engineering. Experience in leading teams, especially in refineries or large chemical plants, is preferred. You possess a high safety awareness, effective communication and negotiation skills, enjoy working independently, and have strong organizational abilities. Fluency in written and spoken German and English is required; knowledge of French is a plus.
