What You Can Expect
The Sales Planning & Incentives Management team supports markets with GTM strategies, seller territories mapping, sales force optimization, performance, and incentives. This role is pivotal in our transformation into a data-driven organization.
How You'll Create Impact
- Territory Management on Varicent Sales Planning: Maintain and update commercial team territories mapping, support target setting, run incentives calculations, and ensure data validation and reconciliation.
- Sales Force Performance Management: Collaborate with the Commercial team and HR to ensure accurate reflection of team changes, run quarterly incentives, validate data, manage exceptions, and respond to business inquiries.
- Analysis & Data Insights for Leadership: Develop models to provide actionable business insights to leadership.

Your Background
- BSc or MSc in data analytics or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in Sales Effectiveness or Healthcare Consulting
- Familiarity with Varicent Platforms and PowerBI
- Passion for data analysis and performance tracking
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and independent working skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Creativity and critical thinking
- Entrepreneurial mindset, multitasking ability
- Interest in healthcare technologies like robotics or digital health
- Fluent in English; Italian is a plus
