Responsibilities

  • Managing appointments for managers, including logging and follow-up actions
  • Organizing and leading regular meetings and providing technical guidance to colleagues
  • Booking and invoicing for business trips
  • Planning and monitoring budgets such as staff and travel
  • Supporting management with team budgets and milestone tracking
  • Procurement management: ordering materials, services, and equipment, and dispatching documents in compliance with regulations
  • Assisting in contract negotiations
  • Facilitating organizational, administrative, and personnel communication, including creating newsletters and announcements
