Product Data Project Specialist (m/f/d) Hybrid

Join to apply for the Product Data Project Specialist (m/f/d) Hybrid role at Uponor.

This role involves coordinating the transition to our new label management tool, "Bartender," ensuring seamless integration with internal operational and external regulatory frameworks. You will work closely with Product Data experts, Marketing, Sourcing, Production, and Logistics across different countries and sites.

While managing the label tool, you will also gain experience in related areas such as product data maintenance and publishing. The workplace is Hamburg, Germany, or any other BFS location.

What Will You Be Doing

  • Analyze requirements and regulations for labels in different markets and contribute to their implementation.
  • Support the ongoing implementation of BarTender across factories in Europe and North America, including data modeling, local requirements, and follow-up of implementation.
  • Collaborate with internal IT and external partners for tool setup and label design.
  • Establish a process with Sourcing and Supply Chain to ensure suppliers can follow specifications, use BarTender, and maintain accuracy and consistency.
  • Document the Product Label processes in collaboration with Marketing, Supply Chain, Production, Sourcing, IT, and Master Data teams.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with IT, Sourcing, Manufacturing, Logistics, Quality, and other teams.
  • Act as a point of contact between internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure label accuracy and consistency.

What Will You Need

  • Degree or professional education in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related fields.
  • First work experience in product data management, process optimization, or labeling processes.
  • Experience with label management systems or PDM/PIM/MDM tools is an advantage.
  • Openness and curiosity about regulations and EU/US/UK requirements.
  • Skills in project management and process documentation.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate across teams and regions.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset to manage complex workflows and compliance needs.
  • Fluency in English is required.
