About the Role

As aDesktop Support Engineer, you will be the first point of contact for technical support, ensuring seamless IT operations for employees. You’ll troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues while delivering outstanding customer service.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide L2 support – Resolve issues with Windows OS (7-10), Office 365, Active Directory, and GPOs.
  • Hardware troubleshooting – Diagnose and fix problems with PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals.
  • Mobile & remote support – Assist with iOS/Android devices, VPN, and collaboration tools.
  • Ticket management – Log, track, and resolve incidents efficiently within SLAs.
  • Proactive maintenance – Perform software updates, patches, and system checks.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in IT support (helpdesk/desktop roles).
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, and Office 365.
  • Experience with hardware troubleshooting (PCs, printers, mobile devices).
