As LutherOne’s sales executive, you will source and close good-fit prospects for our fast-growing HR tech SaaS business in one of the following areas: DACH/ Iberia/ Italy. Using strong consultative selling skills, you will balance approaching self-sourced leads for your pipeline with contacting the warm / pre-qualified inbound leads produced by our lead generation engine.

YOUR JOB AT LUTHERONE

  • Positioning LutherOne’s value to the needs and challenges of various-sized businesses, helping them learn how LutherOne can boost their business.
  • Managing a pipeline identifying and closing quick small wins while focusing on longer, complex sales cycles.
  • Utilizing consultative / solution selling approach ensuring loyalty and high renewal rates.
  • You will report directly to our Head of Sales.

YOUR PROFILE

  • You are experienced in solution selling, using the consultative sales techniques.
  • You are an excellent communicator, confident speaking with CEOs, senior management (such as VPs & directors) as well as HR professionals.
  • You feed on success but do not get discouraged when things don’t go as desired.
  • Your hunger for knowledge & growth keeps you going, and you thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment.
