Job Title: Unreal Engine QA Engineer (m/f/d) - Sports Virtualisation

Launched in February 2023, Sportradar’s Sports Virtualisation unit is at the forefront of innovation, developing cutting-edge technology that transforms traditional sports media consumption into dynamic, interactive experiences. Our solutions leverage the latest in computer vision technology to deliver real-time statistics overlays, virtual advertising integration, and skeletal tracking data for immersive recreations of sports events.

We are looking for you to fill the role of Unreal Engine QA Engineer to join the team of talented developers and 2D/3D artists to create engaging products.

THE CHALLENGE:

• Perform manual tests of augmented and fully virtualized products including visual checks, consistency evaluations, and functional tests.
• Prove your competence and knowledge in the world of sports.
• Ensure that only sports-related presentations and products with correct content are delivered to our customers.
• Manage defect tracking from identification, replication, documentation, and final testing.
• Plan and implement quality assurance activities for new or enhanced products.
• Create necessary test documents and reports such as Test Summary Reports, Test Case Specifications, KPIs, and others.
• Direct communication with the development team.
• Help with development on Unreal Engine tools.
• Tools you will be working with: Jira, Confluence, Unreal Engine.

YOUR PROFILE:

• Experience with Unreal Engine is required.
• Broad knowledge in the world of Sports; you are not only a sports fan, data and rules are more than your hobbyhorse.
• Ability to learn quickly about modern technologies.
• The motivation to continuously improve the overall product quality and a “think outside the box” mindset.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Continuous personal development is a matter of course for you.

CONSIDERED AS A PLUS:

• Strong experience in the creation of test documentation and KPIs.
• Experience with agile methodologies.
