Join the Energy & Flexibility Trading team to help integrate thousands of decentralized assets into the grid and market flexibility through the sonnenVPP. You will manage portfolios, support energy market steps, and trade in regulation and intraday markets, creating value for our customers and building decentralized energy systems.

Your Role in Driving the Energy Transition

• Analyze costs and revenues of our flexibility products
• Evaluate new marketing opportunities for flexibility
• Parameterize the flexibility potential of decentralized assets based on seasonal factors and external uncertainties
• Develop existing mathematical optimizations and simulations within the team
• Monitor trading activities for risks and opportunities
• Create cross-departmental recommendations for strategic decisions

What You Need

• Strong analytical skills and meticulous work approach
• Experience in flexibility marketing of decentralized assets
• Programming skills, preferably in Python
• Interest in energy markets and trading
• Passion to contribute to the energy transition
• Teamwork orientation
• Fluent in German and English
