Strategy Consulting Manager

Our client, a leading Strategy Consulting firm in Cologne, is looking for strong additions to their team!

Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute strategic projects with a focus on operational carve-outs, Post-Merger Integration, Operational and Commercial Due Diligence.
• Analyze and optimize business models and operational processes as part of performance improvement or turnaround initiatives.
• Manage project teams and collaborate directly with C-level stakeholders.
• Develop tailored recommendations and support clients through implementation.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in strategy consulting or in-house consulting, ideally with an M&A focus.
• Strong expertise in carve-outs, PMI, ODD, CDD and/or performance improvement projects.
• Fluent in German and English with excellent analytical and communication skills.
