Product Manager – Laundry Appliance Division (LAD)

Responsibilities:

1. Develop the annual product roadmap for washer-dryer products in the European market, crafting and implementing a strategic plan in a structured and timely manner.
2. Analyze local market trends and user needs, driving product innovation with a customer-centric and market-oriented approach.
3. Create detailed product line strategies, collaborating across departments to oversee product planning, design, development, and successful market launch.
4. Conduct comprehensive market analysis across all product categories, maintaining a deep understanding of industry competition by regularly gathering and analyzing data on market, industry, and competitor activities.
5. Collaborate with project managers to ensure the successful delivery of projects, managing timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation effectively.
6. Lead initiatives related to technical cost reductions and quality improvements for assigned projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in a relevant field.
• Over 10 years of experience in product management or related roles within the market.
• Exceptional communication and coordination skills, with the ability to effectively liaise across teams and departments.
• Strong market sensitivity and analytical skills, with the ability to accurately identify and act on market trends.
• Background in structural design, with expertise in designing products made from materials such as sheet metal, plastic, and stainless steel, and a solid understanding of key design principles for these materials.
