Job Description :

  • Assist clients on all inquiries via live chat or email.
  • Ensure an efficient and excellent customer service experience.
  • Be well equipped with the company's platform and product knowledge, including staying updated on general market conditions.
  • Diligently and effectively manage and follow up on inquiries and complaints from current and prospective clients.
  • Possess a strong ability to understand customer needs and translate that into constructive feedback and suitable solutions for management.
  • Ensure smooth frontline operations, including flagging any discrepancies or risks to management promptly.
  • Continuously seek improvements to enhance team performance and work efficiency, including overall work processes.

Requirements

  • Ideal candidates possess a bachelor's degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or related fields.
  • Minimum diploma in business administration or management, with a keen eye for numbers.
  • Preferably, candidates with 2-4 years of customer service experience, trained in frontline operations (Livechat and Email).
  • Experience working in financial institutions or fintech is advantageous.
  • Someone with sharp acumen and keen eyes for numbers and statistics is ideal.
  • Proficient in English and German, both in communication and writing, to liaise with market counterparts.
  • Possess a passion to develop knowledge and pursue a long-term career in fintech or crypto trading firms.
  • Team player, committed and self-driven, with a positive response to client requests for assistance.
