Job Description:

Responsibilities

The candidate will manage an existing portfolio and seek new clients to generate significant NBI, transaction flows, and deposits. This requires coordination with Coverage Bankers in Germany and overseas, as well as colleagues from other business lines.

They will also actively cross-sell with PCM international network and other business lines within the organization, notably Trade Finance and Factoring.

• Sell Payments & Cash Management products and services:
• Bank accounts and Virtual Account Structures
• Domestic and international means of payment
• Electronic Banking Channels
• Liquidity Management solutions (Zero Balancing and notional pooling)
• Domestic and International guarantees
• Credit Facilities attached to these products (Overdraft, Guarantees)
• FOREX Solutions
• Serve as the key sponsor for client Cash Management proposals and RFP responses
• Collaborate with Client Service Teams for onboarding and implementation
• Monitor and update deals in CRM to ensure communication
• Oversee credit facilities and launch credit applications in coordination with Credit & Risk teams

Profile required

• Experience in Payments & Cash Management is essential
• Combination of relationship management and sales skills (deal hunter)
• Strong team player with leadership qualities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in German and English; French is a plus
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a customer-oriented approach
• Knowledge of regulatory environment
• Flexibility and adaptability to manage change
• Decisiveness and solution-oriented mindset
• Client-focused with ability to work under pressure
• Expertise in domestic & international payment systems
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Knowledge of domestic guarantees & short-term credit facilities
