Responsibilities:

• Develop solutions for systems and plants, including designing and preparing documentation.
• Project planning and development of systems and facilities.
• Create documentation such as drawings and bill of materials.
• Perform design calculations and develop functional sequences.
• Define specifications for construction, manufacturing, and suppliers.
• Prepare testing procedures and participate in inspections and approvals.
• Review drawings and bills of materials.
• Estimate project effort and structure construction documentation.
• Train and educate team members and clients, including preparing training materials.
• Participate in projects and ensure compliance with project parameters.
• Input data into CAD and SAP systems.

Qualifications:

• Degree in engineering or equivalent.
• Specialized training in CAD/CAE/CAM systems.
• Proficiency in Siemens NX.
• Knowledge of shipbuilding-specific software and processes.
• Leadership experience and team management skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
• Analytical, process-oriented, and structured thinking.
• Proactive and responsible work attitude.
