To support Personio on this journey and fuel our growth, we are seeking Strategy & Business Operations Working Students (d/f/m) who help the upper management implement company-wide projects and achieve goals in various departments.

Role Responsibilities: What you'll do

• Assist the GTM Strategy and Operations team in sales territory management including the definition of effective territories and implementation in Salesforce as well as continuous reporting to evaluate the current setup.
• Carry out market potential analyses concerning volume, attractiveness, etc.
• Support sales accelerating initiatives by generating ideas, operationalization, reporting, and monitoring.

• Maintaining and updating existing reporting and dashboards
• Create smaller reports and dashboards after aligning closely with stakeholders on their requirements
• Prepare content based on self-generated insights for leadership update meetings
• Support stakeholder alignment and communication
• Ensure Data Quality in CRMs and process compliance
• Support data literacy initiatives among GTM leaders

We are looking for a working student with a hands-on mentality, eager to tackle various tasks supporting our strategic initiatives.

Hard Skills:

• Currently pursuing a university degree in Business, Strategy, Innovation, Entrepreneurship, or related fields
• Practical experience from internships in fast-paced environments like management consulting, tech, or startups
• Experience creating concise presentations in PowerPoint or Google Slides
• Proficiency in English

Soft Skills:

• Independent, self-reliant work style with a strong hands-on approach
• Excellent networking and team skills
• Strategic mindset with problem-solving, analytical, and curiosity-driven abilities
• Effective communication across organizational levels

Salary:

• Working Students: 16€ (Bachelor), 17€ (Masters) per hour for 20 hours/week
• Interns: 2,100€ per month for 40 hours/week
