Project Manager Retrofit (w/m/d) - Entry-Level Role

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, execute, and monitor retrofit/conversion projects to ensure successful completion and customer satisfaction.
• Design and implement retrofits, collaborating with other technical departments as needed.
• Create system layouts, functional descriptions, and mechanical parts lists.
• Develop specifications for system purchases.
• Consult with customers to determine their needs and wishes.
• Act as the main contact for customers throughout the project lifecycle.
• Create and adhere to project schedules, initiating necessary measures for plan changes.
• Manage the complaint process until the warranty period expires, in cooperation with technical departments and the service center.

Requirements

• Degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a comparable technical field, ideally with additional commercial training.
• First professional experience in B2B sales is advantageous.
• Willingness to work in Bad Oldesloe (70%) and travel globally (30%).
• Proficient in MS Office and CAD.
• Bilingual in German and English.
• Open-minded, convincing personality with strong customer and sales focus.
• Independent, diligent, and flexible work behavior.
