HRIT People are working with a prominent international law firm that’s seeking a skilled Workday professional to join their internal systems team, focusing on Workday and broader business applications.

You’ll play a key role in shaping, maintaining, and evolving their HR tech landscape, primarily Workday, used by a large, modern legal workforce.

Key responsibilities :

  • Leading system configuration, continuous improvement, and interface management across core Workday modules : HCM, Recruiting, Time Tracking, and Absence.
  • Acting as an IT lead in HR system enhancement projects, including new module rollouts and integrations (e.g. IAM and payroll systems).
  • Translating HR requirements into efficient Workday workflows and setups, sometimes in collaboration with third-party vendors.
  • Investigating and resolving escalated system issues (third-level support), plus ensuring clean, high-quality data and test environments.
  • Creating reports and dashboards directly in Workday and supporting HR reporting through external tools (e.g. Power BI).

You’ll also contribute to the wider application landscape :

  • Supporting and improving other internal platforms like Intapp, Yokoy, and various low-code solutions.
  • Designing automation workflows (e.g. RPA use cases) and developing lightweight tools with MS PowerApps and MS Flow.

Your Profile :

  • Background in IT, business informatics, or a similar field.
  • Hands-on experience managing and configuring Workday modules (especially Recruiting, Core HCM, Time Tracking, Absence).
  • Familiarity with low-code tools (MS PowerApps, MS Flow) and a proactive, process-driven mindset.
  • Strong communication skills in both German and English.
  • Experience working on system rollouts, data integrity, testing, and internal stakeholder support.
