YOUR TASKS:
You will be responsible for the smooth operation and technological development of the global CRM platform (MS Dynamics CRM) with a user base of around 5,000 users
You will work closely with the CRM program management from the Sales, Service and Marketing department as well as other IT teams to ensure an integrated and sustainable solution in line with the IT strategy
You will manage a team of 14 highly qualified employees with a focus on CRM development and IT consulting on a disciplinary basis
You coordinate several agile CRM development teams together with the CRM program management and the product owners
Together with the team, you ensure the stable and high-performance operation of the CRM platform as well as efficient and reliable global user support
You will support suppliers and external employees in the CRM environment and ensure compliance with security and quality standards
You promote the professional and personal development of your team and create a motivating and inspiring working environment
YOUR PROFILE:
You have a degree in computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification
Several years of management and architecture experience in the CRM environment
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM, as well as Azure Services and the Power Platform, ideally in combination with analytics tools
Understanding of marketing, sales and service processes and their technical implementation in digital solutions
Experience with quality management in agile development and deployment processes and the corresponding tool set
Fluency in written and spoken German and English
You have a strong personality, organizational talent and a pronounced customer and service orientation
Your strong teamwork and communication skills round off your profile
