Are you looking to join a community of professionals that support the growth of Selling Partners’ businesses? Amazon is seeking Account Managers to join its Cross Border (EU>UK) Marketplace Team in Germany. Currently, more than 58% of worldwide purchases from Amazon’s sites are made from third-party sellers. Our customers can choose from over 100 million distinct products on Amazon, made possible by the many entrepreneurial, third-party businesses offering their products on the Amazon Marketplace.

In this role, you will focus on expanding the UK marketplace by building strong relationships with Selling Partners and contributing to business acquisition. You will assess businesses, support their launch in the Cross Border FBA (Fulfillment By Amazon) program, and help make their products available to Amazon customers across the UK. Additionally, you will lead fast-paced projects and initiatives that improve both seller and customer experiences, playing a key role in Amazon’s UK expansion.

Key job responsibilities

  1. Help selling partners recognize further potential and grow their businesses internationally, leveraging Amazon to expand their relevant product selection to customers.
  2. Manage a portfolio of selling partners, assist them with their setup, and help them understand Amazon’s services and tools to be more effective in building and managing their Amazon business.
  3. Develop and report on key performance indicators for your selling partner portfolio, providing analysis into root causes for performance improvements.
  4. Obtain ongoing selling partner feedback to assess performance against objectives and drive seller satisfaction with Amazon.

Grundqualifikationen

  • Fluent in both German and English.
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication (written and verbal) skills.
  • Self-motivated team player with a hands-on mentality to thrive in a dynamic, constantly evolving team environment.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally, thinking both strategically and tactically, with attention to detail.

  • Proven experience in developing original ideas, approaches, and solutions to typical, unusual, or difficult situations in a competitive and ever-changing business climate.
  • Proven quantitative analytical capability and project management skills, with a customer-focused, detail-oriented approach, and the ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task.
