Your job responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing customer processes in Field Service, developing solutions, documenting, and implementing them using project methodologies like SureStep or Agile.
  • Creating work packages, handing them over to development, and ensuring quality.
  • Advising and supporting new and existing customers (remote or onsite) in customizing and developing their Dynamics 365 CRM systems, especially in Field Service.
  • Sharing best practices and daily hacks for customer requirements.
  • Supporting presales activities like demos, webinars, and presentations with our Microsoft Dynamics 365 sales team.
  • Conducting workshops and training to deepen understanding and empower key users.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Education or degree in IT, with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, especially in Field Service.
  • Understanding of relevant technologies and software like BI tools; knowledge of Dynamics NAV or Business Central is a plus.
  • Willingness to continually learn and share knowledge in the Microsoft environment.
  • Team spirit, initiative, and creativity for successful project participation.
  • Excellent German (minimum C1) and good English skills for international communication.
  • Flexibility in when and where to work, supporting work-life balance.
