1. You will be responsible for monitoring and controlling the warehousing and transport service providers at our regional distribution centre in Marl, serving the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, and Germany with our WOW products.
2. Engaging directly with service providers and sales subsidiaries, you will develop the logistical performance profile, considering standards and country-specific requirements.
3. You will measure and evaluate partner performance based on established key figures.
4. If results do not meet targets, you will participate in defining measures and support their implementation.
5. You will provide forecasts to assist capacity planning for our warehouse service provider.

It would be WOW if you bring:

• A degree in business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field, or a commercial logistics qualification with further specialization.
• Several years of experience in warehouse logistics or transhipment warehouses.
• Proficiency in SAP, Google Workspace, or Office applications.
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel internationally, approximately once a quarter.
• Soft skills including self-motivation, reliability, accuracy, team orientation, strong numerical understanding, assertiveness, and excellent communication skills.
