We are looking for a creative team player who enjoys making a difference in a dynamic, international environment and who is able to advance our collections. The highly motivated HUGO MENSWEAR team is looking forward to meeting you!

What You Can Expect

1. Independent coordination and control of collection-relevant processes/timelines/meetings across interfaces.
2. Execution and control of PLM/SAP data maintenance: data maintenance of form and style, creation of creative BOM and communication with our plants in all BOM relevant topics.
3. Digital product development: visualisation of design ideas, creation of 3D simulations and provisions for collection development process digital showroom and online store in close collaboration with interfaces.
4. Organizational tasks for defined Product Groups: Responsible for meeting collection relevant deadlines on time. Controlling and optimizing the collection development process, timing, creation of sales documents (e.g. develop layout specifications).
5. Provision of materials for prototyping.
6. Following up the status of locally developed trimmings and fabrics.
7. Provision of data for the Trimming Block Order as well as execution of the Fabric Block Order.
8. Attendance and support of creative and development related meetings, e.g. sketch handovers, fittings.
9. Establish alignment between MPG's (e.g., ensure consistent facility and encoding for Capsule development).
10. Participation in projects.

Your Profile

1. 2-3 years of professional experience in a similar context.
2. Very good knowledge of textiles/design, understanding and flair for fashion and trends.
3. Good PC skills (PLM, SAP, Microsoft etc.) and use of digital media (e.g. 3D tools, Illustrator, Photoshop).
4. Proficient/Advanced in CLO 3D.
5. Reliability, organizational skills, assertiveness, cross-divisional mindset, basic business knowledge, ability to work in a team.
6. Fluent English skills.
