Responsibilities

• Ensure quality assurance for external services, manage service providers, and oversee maintenance of infrastructure (medium voltage 20kV, DGUV 3 checks, e-mobility infrastructure, safety systems).
• Manage projects focused on electrical engineering.
• Prepare and conduct VOB inspections, audits, and certifications.
• Participate in on-call duties.
• Handle and process complaints and damage reports.
• Coordinate and manage external specialists and partners.

Candidate Profile

• Degree in electrical engineering, facility management, or similar qualification.
• Several years of experience in facility and project management.
• Knowledge of operating safety systems.
• Experience in crisis management (Business Continuity Management).
• Strong team and communication skills, high engagement, independent work style.
• Proficient with MS Office, CAFM software (speedikon), and good English skills.
