Your Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes, requirements, and data flows; suggest improvements and provide consulting in international Life Sciences/IT projects
• Apply your process and subject matter expertise across different system landscapes
• Translate technical information into clear communication for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Lead business process improvement initiatives
• Support the implementation of our Life Science service strategies
• Identify opportunities to enhance service delivery to our international clients

Your Qualifications & Experience:

• University degree in sciences or equivalent background
• Experience in the life sciences industry
• Interest and understanding of R&D in life sciences
• Experience with regulated environments (GxP, GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11) and IT projects
• Excellent communication skills, networking ability, open-mindedness
• Experience working as a service provider
• Willingness to provide on-site consultancy and travel within Europe
• Fluent in English and proficient in German
• Certifications such as IREB, PMP/PMI, SCRUM, Six Sigma, ITIL are advantageous
