SYSTEM ENGINEER ELECTRICAL ENERGY TRANSITION (M/F/X)

The position

The System Engineer Energy Transition is responsible for specifying technical requirements, drawings, and documentation for non-standard customer solutions, ensuring a smooth manufacturing and assembly process, and on-time, in-full delivery of orders in line with customer specifications and within agreed budgets. In this role, you will act as a linking pin between Technical, Commercial, and Manufacturing functions, providing deep technical expertise while also interacting directly with customers.

Main Responsibilities

1. Active support of sales in acquiring new projects and contributing to the securing and maintaining of long-term customer relationships.
2. Negotiation and management of orders as needed, including support in preparing offers and providing technical advice to customers.
3. Performing calculations to analyze the function, arrangement, and design of electrical components, as well as optimizing existing solutions.
4. Designing layout plans, dimensioning, and creating detailed drawings using modern CAD programs, and selecting suitable electrical components.
5. Market observation, analysis of current developments, and conducting technical presentations and lectures.
6. Preparing appropriate documentation and calculation tools to support the Account Managers effectively.

Qualifications and Requirements

1. University of Applied Sciences degree in Electrical Engineering or similar.
2. Knowledge of EPLAN/EPLAN Pro Panel is desirable.
3. Ideally, experience in international sales.
4. Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
5. Excellent German and English language skills.
