WHAT YOU’LL DO
You contribute to digital profitable growth in the region, playing an important role in understanding our digital commercial performance and the digital P&L. You plan, forecast, and follow up on digital selling and the full sales equation together with the regional digital and omni sales team. You secure a high-quality digital sales plan and ensure delivery of financial results together with the regional digital and omni sales team. You are responsible for proactively reviewing performance and identifying opportunities and actions connected to sales, customer, traffic, and logistics to maximize net sales, omni profit, and customer base value in the region.

The Digital function aims to profitably grow digital. We do so by executing our transactional channels with commercial excellence and by taking an end-to-end view of the customer experience, collaboratively securing digital sales and profit. As part of the team, you’ll work together with other Specialists such as Experience Leads, Web Analysts and our regional E-Com team with E-Com & Experience Leads.

This is a full-time position, starting as soon as possible. The role is a hybrid role, based in Berlin or Hamburg with the expectation of working from one of our offices for three days per week.
