Customer Service Expert (m/f/d) - Italian Speaking

As an e-commerce Marketplace, Metro Markets GmbH collaborates with hundreds of vendors across Germany, Europe, and beyond, managing thousands of products to meet our customers' needs while delivering excellent service.

We are seeking a passionate, customer-oriented, and open-minded individual to join our Customer Service Experience team as a "Customer Service Expert."

Your main responsibilities will include handling 3rd Level requests (claims and complaints), managing escalations, proactive case monitoring, customer communication, quality assurance, and creating detailed reports on 2nd-level requests and escalations.

Requirements

  • Proven conflict management and problem-solving skills
  • Collaborative attitude and assertiveness
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within dynamic teams
  • Excel and analytical skills, including root cause analysis
  • Experience with contact centers (preferably)
  • Excellent communication skills in Italian and English (essential)
  • Knowledge of other European languages is advantageous
