Scrum Master (m / f / d)

As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in guiding and supporting our development teams to deliver high-quality products and services efficiently. You will facilitate Agile ceremonies, remove impediments, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

We are looking for you as a Scrum Master (m/f/d). We offer a full-time position (40h/week) in Heidelberg, Berlin, Munich, or Leipzig. The role includes options for remote work several days per week.

Your Mission

1. Act as a servant leader for one or more Agile teams, facilitating ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
2. Guide and coach teams on Agile principles, ensuring Scrum adherence and promoting self-organization.
3. Identify and remove impediments, escalate issues, and facilitate resolutions.
4. Collaborate with product owners, stakeholders, and other teams to align priorities and communicate project goals.
5. Foster transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement within and across teams.
6. Track progress using metrics and data to inform decisions and enhance team performance.

Your Essential Experience and Education

1. At least 2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach, preferably in software development.
2. Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum, with certifications like CSM or equivalent.
3. Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
4. Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
5. Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
6. Passion for continuous improvement and learning.
7. Fluent in English and proficient in German (B2 or above).
