David Kennedy Recruitment is looking for a Freelance Recruitment Partner. If you are passionate about connecting talented individuals with client needs, we want to hear from you! This freelance role offers a commission-based structure, with earnings tied to successful candidate placements.

Position: Freelance Recruitment Partner

Location: Remote

Employment type: Freelance - able to invoice

Remuneration: Commission per placed candidate

Responsibilities:

1. Utilize channels like job boards, social media, and networking to find top candidates.
2. Conduct interviews, assess qualifications, and match candidates to roles.
3. Collaborate with our Service Delivery Manager and Managing Director to ensure smooth recruitment processes.
4. Maintain a pipeline of talented candidates and build relationships.
5. Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
6. Keep candidate profiles updated in our ATS for future reference.

Requirements:

1. Proficient in English (spoken and written).
2. Ability to source candidates within and outside Germany.
3. Experience recruiting internationally and flexibility with roles.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
6. Good time management, responsiveness, and organization.
7. Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques is a plus.
8. Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software is beneficial.
