Senior Executive Search Delivery Consultant - ADAS & Automated Driving

Job Overview:

We are looking for a Technical Design PM to support the development of next-generation automated driving control units. This role is deeply involved in all phases of the design process, with a strong emphasis on product reliability and robust design within the automotive domain.

The successful candidate will work within a highly skilled team of automotive engineers, contributing to the definition, design, and verification of advanced driver assistance and autonomous driving systems.

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for design and product reliability topics with customers.
• Analyse electronic modules, components, and systems for robustness and reliability.
• Participate in detailed design reviews to ensure compliance with robustness and reliability requirements.
• Ensure completeness and correctness of design work products.
• Interpret validation results and drive continuous design improvements.
• Support collaboration across teams to integrate robust design principles throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements:

• B.Sc. in Electrical or Electronic Engineering from a recognized institution.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in robust design for the automotive industry.
• Proficiency in debugging at the component, board, and system levels.
• Fluent in both German and English.
• Familiarity with automotive standards and processes is a significant advantage.
