You will join an elite team of 60 hands-on builders serving 1 billion students worldwide. If we execute on our product vision, you will have built something generational that transforms education globally.

Your mission

The problem you’ll solve: You’ll build the team behind the #1 AI learning companion by finding, attracting, and closing exceptional talent who can scale Knowunity’s impact to 1 billion students.

Your Ownership

  • Own and drive the full-cycle recruitment process - from strategic sourcing to closing - for high-impact roles across all departments.
  • Build a talent engine powered by AI tools and automation that enables fast, high-quality hiring at scale.
  • Strengthen our employer brand to position Knowunity as a top destination for ambitious, mission-driven talent in tech and AI.

What success looks like: You’ll become the go-to partner for hiring managers, enabling them to move fast and make high-quality decisions with confidence. Candidates will walk away from the process energized by our culture and excited to join. You’ll bring in talent that raises the bar, fills key gaps, and contributes meaningfully to our mission. Over time, you’ll help shape a high-performance team known for speed, quality, and ambition - and create a hiring process that scales as we grow globally.

Must-haves

  • Hands-on experience driving recruitment processes, ideally in fast-moving or tech-focused environments
  • Creative sourcing skills and strong instincts for assessing potential
  • Fluent English; German is a plus
  • Ready to work from our Berlin office 5 days/week (with some flexibility!)
