Key job responsibilities
- Program management and regular collaboration with teams/stakeholders
- Analysis of internal reports for safety-related management decisions
- Guidance and agreements for health/safety projects and policies
- Driving programs to improve technical specifications/designs
- Willingness to travel within the covered region

You will manage occupational safety standards, improve functionality and efficiency, lead your team, and implement changes based on employee feedback and opportunities for continuous process improvement.

Grundqualifikationen
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field
- Relevant project work experience
- Proficiency in English communication
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Bevorzugte Qualifikationen
- International/national recognized safety certification (e.g., IOSH, NEBOSH, Sifa)
- Experience with local occupational safety regulations
- Proficiency in German communication
- Experience with Lean, 5S, Kaizen methods
- Qualifications or experience in sustainability
- Stakeholder communication experience
- Knowledge of mechanics, electrical systems, control technology
