We also focus on auditing and advising municipal companies and public organizations, especially local authorities in Saxony, Saxony-Anhalt, Brandenburg, and Thuringia. We specialize in preparing and auditing annual financial statements and providing tax advice to non-profit organizations, particularly municipal service providers.

Position

We are looking to strengthen our team in Leipzig with:

• Prüfungsassistent / Prüfungsleiter (w/m/d)
• Associate / Senior-Associate (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

• Conduct commercial law audits of annual financial statements and management reports, and assist in preparing financial statements based on commercial or state law standards.
• Provide commercial and economic consulting and support to our clients.
• Participate in special projects concerning accounting, tax, and reporting issues related to valuation and creation of financial statements.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of studies in Economics, preferably with focuses on Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Controlling, or Audit.
• Initial experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, or controlling is desirable.
• Strong team spirit and analytical skills.
