We have a great opportunity for a Market Access Specialist to join our high performing team. About the role:
The Regional Market Access Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing strategies to secure and expand access to innovative diabetes products within the German healthcare market. This role focuses on driving inclusion in reimbursement systems, selective payer contracts, tender business, and regional care models to increase market share and meet company turnover and EBITDA targets.
Responsibilities will include:
Develop strategies for inclusion of diabetes products in reimbursement systems, selective contracts, and regional care models
Build relationships with key stakeholders including health insurance funds, authorities, KOLs, and patient organizations
Analyze health policy and regulatory developments to assess impact on market access
Monitor market competition and provide actionable recommendations
Prepare payer dossiers and reimbursement applications to secure product access
Ensure compliance of product listings with regulatory requirements
Complete assessments during Copy Clearance processes
Required skills:
In order to be successful in this role, you will have proven experience in Market Access, Health Policy, Sales, or Marketing in healthcare along with a master’s or bachelor’s degree.
Together with:
Expert knowledge of German statutory health insurance system
Fluent in English and German
Experience with CRM platforms like Salesforce
Expertise in reimbursement pathways and health economics
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills
Analytical and strategic thinking abilities
Excellent project management and communication skills
Superior organizational skills and hands-on mentality
