Your Contribution:

  • You take responsibility for global procurement in the areas of IT hardware and telecommunications - covering both direct and indirect spending.
  • You manage operational procurement processes and continuously optimize them, handling everything from initial offers to final delivery.
  • You work closely with product management, sales, and IT to develop effective sourcing strategies that align with overall business goals.
  • You analyze procurement metrics, derive actionable recommendations, and confidently present them to stakeholders.
  • You lead tenders and contract discussions, build long-term supplier relationships, and successfully close high-value agreements using your negotiation skills.

What You Bring:

  • You have several years of practical procurement experience, ideally in the healthcare sector, focusing on IT hardware and software licenses; telecommunications knowledge is a plus.
  • Your technical expertise includes SAP MM (ECC 6.0 and/or S/4HANA), advanced skills in MS Excel, and proficient use of Office365.
  • You have a proven track record in negotiating contracts and delivering strategic procurement projects successfully.
  • You are solution-oriented, work independently with internal leadership, and actively contribute to shaping global procurement strategies.
  • You hold a degree in business administration or IT, communicate fluently in English (German is a strong advantage), and work in an organized, analytical, and proactive manner across teams.
