We provide recruitment services to our top clients and are currently seeking a Business Development Manager to join one of our clients' teams.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial markets, including liquidity, crypto, and SaaS solutions, along with proven success in B2B sales and business development. Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining client relationships, driving new business opportunities, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and stakeholders.
  • Promote the company’s products and services by addressing or predicting client needs and objectives.
  • Assist in contract preparation, ensuring legal and company policy compliance.
  • Conduct calls, presentations, and demos via various communication platforms.
  • Provide market knowledge and analysis to prospective clients.
  • Build reports to track sales progress and client engagement.
  • Convert leads into customers and develop long-term relationships.
  • Develop and maintain business relationships to generate new opportunities.
  • Understand the target audience and business flow for liquidity providers.
  • Represent the company at expos and conferences.
  • Utilize communication and negotiation skills to close deals and resolve issues.

Minimum requirements include:

  • Over 5 years of experience in liquidity tech sales, software sales, SaaS, infrastructure products, white-label platforms, or similar fields.
  • Deep understanding of financial markets, including crypto, spot FX, metals, and CFD liquidity.
  • Proven senior experience in business development or sales within the financial sector.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Experience in B2B sales and managing long-term relationships.
  • Robust networking abilities and an established industry network.
  • Expo/conference experience is highly desirable.
  • Excellent time management, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Native English speaker, aged 28+ preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience managing or leading business development teams.
  • Knowledge of liquidity providers and market-making processes.
