Let's connect: If you want to experience how things are done in the GIT-ES Service, Transition & Planning team at our headquarters in Hannover / Germany, join us on a permanent basis, commencing at the earliest possible date as anIT Service Manager Change and Release Management.

You can look forward to

• As a process owner for change management, you will play a central role in the management and further development of our IT processes
• You create, review and track changes - from the initial request to successful implementation - and ensure that all changes are documented transparently and implemented on time
• You are responsible for the planning and implementation of releases
• You support and accompany colleagues in the change and release processes
• Together with your team, you maintain and develop our environment plan

You come equipped with

• Completed studies in computer science, business informatics and/or completed vocational training as an IT specialist or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in change and release management in the area of IT services
• Sound expertise in agile working methods (e.g. Kanban) and process frameworks such as ITIL or COBIT
• Comprehensive knowledge in the areas of change, release, deployment and environment management
• German and English at a business fluent level, in combination with strong moderation and presentation skills
• Willingness to work predictable hours outside of normal working hours
