We work in cross-functional product teams that develop solutions with added value for our customers and INVERS. We are looking for you to join our Event Pipelines & API Management team in Netphen or Cologne on a full-time, permanent basis as soon as possible. This team ensures that our teams and our customers' developers have secure, understandable, and seamless access to our APIs and events. Become part of the INVERS family. Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the results of your product team, ensuring that the products and features developed add value to customers and INVERS.
- Collaborate with designers, tech leads, and developers to understand customer problems and identify suitable solutions.
- Establish close relationships with our customers' developers to understand their needs and ensure seamless integration and a first-class developer experience.
- Develop deep knowledge of customer usage, market, competitors, and INVERS' business to inform product decisions.
- Interact regularly with customers and users to identify problems, validate ideas, and gather feedback.
- Apply product management methods to identify, prioritize, and implement solutions.
- Act as the interface between your team, stakeholders, and customers, ensuring effective communication.
- Remove blockers that hinder your team from delivering value.
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in computer science or business informatics.
- Several years of experience in software development, ideally with interfaces (REST, RabbitMQ, Kafka).
- Ideally, experience in product management.
- Familiarity with product discovery and delivery methods.
- Strong communication skills in German and English.
- Structured and analytical approach to challenges.
- Enthusiasm for technology, quick learner, creative problem solver.
