Your tasks

  • Planning, coordination and monitoring of maintenance and repair measures.
  • Coordination and monitoring of external service providers.
  • Negotiating, monitoring and managing maintenance contracts.
  • Monitoring and compliance with safety, environmental and hygiene standards.
  • Support in the planning and implementation of construction measures and relocations.
  • Carrying out minor repairs and troubleshooting.
  • Organization and documentation of all processes relevant to facility management.
  • Maintenance of master data in the CAFM system (Planon).
  • Technical on-call service.
  • Participation in the digitalization of facility management.

Your profile

  • Completed vocational training in the field of HVAC, electrical engineering, or construction. Further qualification as a technician, master craftsman or business administrator in facility management.
  • Initial professional experience in facility management desirable.
  • Good knowledge of the maintenance of technical systems and building infrastructure.
  • Ideally knowledge of fire protection and occupational health and safety.
  • Knowledge of legal regulations, technical rules, ordinances and standards.
  • Team spirit and a solution-oriented, hands-on way of working.
  • Experience in working with IT systems (especially CAFM systems, ERP).
  • Confident handling of common MS Office applications.
  • Willingness for continuous further development.
  • Enjoyment of constantly new technical challenges.
  • Committed, team- and customer-oriented way of thinking and working.
