Event manager (f / m / d) | Testing Evergreen

The Event Manager will be responsible for planning organizing and executing a variety of events including corporate meetings conferences trade shows and social gatherings. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Possible Tasks within this Role

• Plan and execute events from start to finish according to requirements target audience and objectives.
• Coordinate all operations including venue selection catering transportation and accommodations.
• Manage event budgets and ensure costeffectiveness.
• Negotiate contracts with vendors and suppliers.
• Oversee event logistics including setup teardown and postevent evaluations.
• Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to promote events.
• Ensure compliance with insurance legal health and safety obligations.
• Conduct pre and postevent evaluations and report on outcomes.
• Handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day.

Qualification requirements

• Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Business or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Event Manager or similar role.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in event management software and MS Office.
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
• Flexibility to work evenings weekends and travel as needed.

Depending on qualifications and professional experience the annual gross salary for this position for a 35hour week can range from min. annual gross salary of the corresponding TB in EUR to max. annual gross salary of the corresponding TB in EUR; usually ES 20. If particularly suitable a gross annual salary of up to Max. Annual gross salary of the corresponding TB in the Plus pay scale in EUR; usually ES 25 is possible.
